Joe Barrows has been in the insurance and financial industry for over 30 years. He has been a compliance officer, New York Life agent, and for 15 years was with Rocky Mountain Health Plans serving most recently as the Medicare Sales Director. Joe started his own agency at the Medicare Resource Center in June of 2020. He has served on the local board of the Life Underwriters and the Western Rockies Association of Health Underwriters. He also participates with the Mesa County Council on Aging, serving as president since in 2021-2022. He and his family have lived in Grand Junction for 30 years.
